Toneelhuis gaat op reis

De Bourladeuren blijven even gesloten maar Toneelhuis zit niet stil deze zomer. We trekken achtereenvolgens naar Frankrijk, Nederland, Italië, Oostenrijk en  Duitsland.

And what better place to start than in Avignon! On July 6th there was a performance of Guy Cassiers’ and Katelijne Damen’s Orlando at the Festival d’Avignon. At the beginning of August FC Bergman will be off to the Theaterfestival Boulevard in ’s-Hertogenbosch with 300 el x 50 el x 30 el. Guy Cassiers has been invited to the Venice Biennale where he will be presenting Sunken Red on August 3rd.
Mokhallad Rasem and his team will also be crossing the border. Romeo & Julia will be staged on four consecutive evenings at the prestigious Salzbuger Festspiele in Austria.
And the summer will finish in style with FC Bergman performing 300 el x 50 el x 30 el at the Rurhtriënnale in Essen in Germany.

On September 26th the Bourla will open wide its doors once more. The season will kick off with MCBTH by Guy Cassiers and Dominique Pauwels. MCBTH is produced by Toneelhuis and LOD muziektheater in association with VOCAALLAB, SPECTRA and Maison de la culture d’Amiens (FR).
